NCDHR is organizing four-day training on ‘‘Understanding Budget Rights, Policy and Advocacy: Special Component Plan for SC/ST & Gender Budgets” from May 1st to May 4th in New Delhi (venue details will be communicated soon). The four-day training is to train human rights defenders on budgets and advocacy to enable them to interact with the budget and policy drafting mechanisms within the country with particular focus on Gender Budgets. It will enable the participants to effectively analyse the government budgets and policies particularly from the viewpoint of Dalits and Adivasis, and can be used as an advocacy tool.
