Dolly Paswan is presently working with the NCDHR-DAAA as a Research and Budget analyst.

She graduated in (B.com) from Delhi University and did her post-graduation (M.com) from Indira Gandhi National Open University. She has been training and capacitating Dalit and Adivasi women on public entitlements and building strong women and men on the ground, specifically from the community in understanding their rights and their share from the government budget.Through NCDHR she has built a name for herself as a trainer and helping and supporting community members who otherwise would not know about public entitlements.

Her hobbies include travelling, understanding different cultures and systems and she likes photography, especially of nature and animals.
