by sapna last modified 2016-10-20 12:03

This handbook is a one stop resource: a handy, easy-to-use volume with legal standards andguidelines for criminal trial, gaps in the Implementation of SCs and STs (PoA) Act 1989 andpossible interventions at each stage of criminal trial, criminal practical legal drafts for filingpetitions under SCs and STs (PoA) Act 1989 & Rules 1995. This Handbook has two main objectives, first and foremost to provide a tool to monitor the SCs and STs (PoA) Act 1989 & Rules 1995 as a whole throughout the criminal trial and second, to widen the scope of available legal interventions into atrocity cases and enable the generation of model case interventions to build positive case law around and increase convictions in cases under the SCs and STs (PoA) Act 1989.
